Want to get a refund for your QuickBooks purchase? QuickBooks is useful accounting software for your small business yet we understand that you may not always be satisfied with it. To provide excellent customer satisfaction, QuickBooks Refund Policy allows you to get the complete money back for your purchase.
General QuickBook Refund Policy Guidelines
QuickBooks products provide an unconditional 60 days money back satisfaction guarantee, meaning you may bring the product you are dissatisfied from and get the refund. However, this policy doesn’t apply to resource guides, educational or lab packs, and bulk software orders. Intuit offers a full refund of the purchased price if you make a refund request within the suggested timeline.
Obtaining the refund of the product is greatly dependent on one factor, from where you have bought it. There can be three conditions and here is how you carry a return in each one of them:
If products are purchased directly from Intuit – In this condition, you should directly contact Intuit’s customer service department by making a phone call. Products can be returned by filling out a return form and sending it back to Intuit through a traceable shipping method. The refund process will take up to 10 days to refund and be processed back to your credit card.
If products are purchased through third party retailers – In this condition, the product should be returned to the retailer. In case the merchant refuses to accept returns, the product can be returned to Intuit within 60 days of purchase. The check for the refund will be sent within 4 weeks once the refund is processed.

- Original invoice must be maintained and should be shown at the time of refund.
- We do not accept the refund for non-intuit software, product training, etc.
- Shipping and insurance costs are nonrefundable
- Damaged item should be returned within 15 days of the purchase
